I am so excited to share Alexa’s amazing Stow Massachusetts senior photos! Firstly, if you are new to my blog, welcome! You won’t believe how beautiful Alexa’s pictures turned out. We headed to a South Shore beach in Massachusetts for her senior photos, and let me tell you, it was pure magic.

Now, let me give you a rundown of how the session went. Alexa, who is a student at Lawrence Academy and will be graduating in 2024, had so many fun ideas for her photos. She even wanted to include her car in some way, which I thought was really cool. For outfits, she brought three different looks that were absolutely stunning.

We started off the session in the golden seagrasses, where the goldenrod blossoms were in full bloom. The light was just perfect, creating this luxurious glow around Alexa.

A New Location

Next, we moved to the parking lot to capture some shots with her gorgeous Cadillac. You wouldn’t believe it, but the reflections in the car added such a unique touch to the photos.

Finally, it was time to head to the water. We took some shots in the sand, and then Alexa changed into this stunning white dress that made her look like a Greek goddess. We couldn’t resist having her walk in the water, which surprisingly wasn’t as chilly as we expected for late September in New England. It was like something out of a dream, with Alexa twirling and walking in the waves, the natural light dancing around her.

I couldn’t wait to show Alexa the final results, I knew she and her family would love them. It was such a pleasure working with her and bringing her vision to life. This session truly embodied luxury and natural beauty, and it was a reminder of why I love being a photographer.

Scheduling Your Senior Portraits in Your Junior Year

If you will need your senior pictures for your yearbook, you’ll want to have them taken the summer before your senior year or the autumn of your senior year. Do keep in mind that you should contact me as SOON as possible to schedule. I recommend booking at least 4 months in advance. In other words, you should ideally have your session scheduled by April or May of your junior year. However, I very often have clients pre-book their session as early as an entire YEAR in advance! This is because they want to make sure they secure a prime spot.

The Best Time of Year to Schedule Your Stow Massachusetts Senior Photos

Many of my clients ask “Which month IS a prime spot for senior pictures?” Overall, my high school senior ladies prefer late July, August, or early September for their pictures. On the other hand, I personally prefer late September or October! It’s consistently less humid, less sticky, less buggy, and more golden :-). If you’re booking at the last minute and can’t get the date you want, there is also an option to book a sunrise session or mid-day session. In addition, you should also absolutely add your name to my waitlist.
