In this blog post, we’re going to talk about the beautiful Cohasset beach family pictures of the Fasciano family. The pictures feature dad John, mom Laura, 3-year-old Sloane, and 15-month-old Lottie. Laura chose classic all-American colors for their outfits, which were just perfect for a beach session in New England.

Session Details

Laura looked stunning in her crisp white cotton dress, while Sloane wore a cute cherry-red sundress. John opted for a white button-down shirt paired with light blue shorts. Little Lottie tied everything together with her adorable romper, which had a red, white, and blue floral pattern. Their outfits were simply perfect!

In addition, the bright light, white sand, and aqua waves created a stunning backdrop for their outfit colors. It all came together so beautifully. Laura even brought along sunglasses that we tried to put on the girls for some fun and adorable shots towards the end of the session. It was impossible to resist their cuteness!

Piggyback Sessions

This family session was a special type of session called a Piggyback Session, which I offer to my clients. Piggyback Sessions are 30 minutes long and take place right before another already scheduled session. Because of this, the lighting is naturally brighter, since the session doesn’t happen at sunset. Personally, I love this look, especially for this specific family shoot! Enjoy my favorites from the session!

Booking Cohasset Beach Family Pictures

Would you like to book Christina Runnals for your own family portraits? Book your session, or find out more about a family session with Christina Runnals Photography!

For your pictures, do keep in mind that you should request your session as soon as possible. I recommend booking at least 6 months in advance for June, July, August, and September dates, and 4-5 months in advance for October dates. I often times even have clients book as early as a year in advance to make sure they secure a prime spot! Because we live in New England, there are only so many months to take your pictures, right!? (That is… unless you want to be wearing snowsuits in your pictures ;-). If you’re booking at the last minute and can’t get the date you want, you can first check to see if I have any Piggyback Sessions available. Another option is that you could request a sunrise session. I can sometimes make time for an early morning session while my children are still sleeping.
