Spring is the perfect season for Hingham family photography! The colors are vibrant and the air is crisp, allowing for some truly stunning shots. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing the Millard family on a beautiful May evening in a field of tall green grasses. The setting was simply breathtaking, and the family looked absolutely stunning in their spring outfits.

About the Session

Let me tell you a bit about the featured session! Mom Kate wore a gorgeous long-sleeved cream-colored dress, while Dad Scott looked great in a dusty blue button-down. Their three adorable girls wore cotton dresses in pale blue, quartz pink, and light sage green. The outfits blended seamlessly together and created the perfect spring family photo ensemble for this Hingham family photography session!

More About the Family Photoshoot

As a mom of two little children myself, I understand the importance of capturing those playful family moments. During the Millard family photography session, we played games, let the girls be silly and run around, and captured some truly adorable shots. It was so much fun to see the family’s personalities shine through in the photos.

Overall, the Millard family’s spring photography session was a huge success. The location, outfits, and energy all came together perfectly to create some truly beautiful shots. I’m so grateful to have been a part of it and look forward to working with more families to capture their special moments!

For your pictures, do keep in mind that you should reserve your session as soon as possible. I recommend booking at least 6 months in advance for June, July, August, September, and October dates, and 4-5 months in advance for November and December dates. I often have clients book as early as a year in advance to make sure they secure a prime spot! Because we live in New England, there are only so many months to take your pictures, right!? (That is… unless you want to be wearing snowsuits in your pictures ;-). If you’re booking at the last minute and can’t get the date you want, you can first check to see if I have any Piggyback Sessions available. Another option still is that you could request a sunrise session. I can sometimes make time for an early morning session while my children are still sleeping. Hingham family photography at sunrise is GORGEOUS!!
