As a parent, there is nothing quite like capturing those precious moments of your newborn baby. That is why I was thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph baby Logan during his lifestyle newborn portrait session at his family’s home in Pembroke, Massachusetts. As soon as I got there, I could tell it was going to be a great photo shoot. Kelley was wearing a beautiful long blue dress, and Paul was in casual tan pants and a light sweater. They had baby Logan in a white blanket, which made everything look soft and simple for the pictures.

During the first 90 minutes of the session, we captured some stunning photos in Logan’s beautiful nursery and his parents’ master bedroom while he slept soundly. Kelley and Paul even changed into a more casual ensemble of jeans and sweaters for some cozy shots. Max, the adorable and high-energy golden doodle, even joined in for a few shots too!

But the most precious moment of the session came at the very end when Logan woke up and shared a sweet little smile while staring up at his parents. It was an unforgettable moment that truly captured the joy and love of this new family.
