That’s why I was thrilled to have the opportunity to photograph baby Lucas and his family during an in-home lifestyle newborn session right down the street from me in Scituate! Lucas’s Newborn Session Details

The session took place in the afternoon, at the family’s beautiful home just down the street from where I live. As soon as I arrived, I was captivated by the sight of Kristina in her long flowing white gown with intricate small blue flowers. Her long flowing dark hair added to the ethereal feel of the setting. Dad Spencer wore a light blue button down and khakis, while big sister Lila had light blond curly hair and donned a white dress with eyelet details. The family looked picture-perfect and ready to capture some magical moments.

We started the session in the master bedroom, where the family was able to snuggle together on the bed. The pictures of Lila laying with her new brother are so sweet and stunning. It was heartwarming to see the love and bonding between the siblings, and I was able to capture some truly magical moments.

Next, we moved on to Lucas’s beautiful sea creature-themed nursery with beautiful watercolor wallpaper and a light-colored wooden crib. A watercolor blue and green scheme complemented the adorable baby boy perfectly in this room. We captured some gorgeous family moments in this setting, including some stunning shots of Mom and Dad with their new bundle of joy.

Finally, we took Lucas’s swaddle off at the very end to capture some adorable awake pictures and stretching moments. It was amazing to see how alert and curious he was, taking in his new surroundings with wide eyes.

Overall, it was an incredible experience working with this beautiful family. It was an honor to be able to capture these special moments and create memories they will cherish for a lifetime.
