Hi there! I’m Christina, a senior portrait photographer based on the South Shore of Massachusetts. I live in the beautiful coastal town of Scituate with my husband and our two little boys, and I spend my summers photographing incredible high school seniors in some of the most scenic spots across the state. A Morning Field Session on the South Shore

Loui’s session took place at 9:30 in the morning at one of my all-time favorite field locations on the South Shore. It’s one of those spots that changes with the season – sometimes it’s freshly mowed, other times it’s bursting with tall grasses and wildflowers. Luckily for us, the field was in its full wildflower glory the morning of Loui’s session, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect backdrop for her laid-back, whimsical style.

Let’s talk about outfits, because Loui brought it. She started in classic denim shorts and a white lacy halter top—so summery and effortlessly cute. Then she changed into a short, flowy white dress with long sleeves that looked absolutely gorgeous, swaying in the breeze. Next up: a long floral dress with blue flowers (a total dream against the wildflowers). And for her final look, she paired her denim shorts with a long-sleeved purple top – and added a fun twist with her adorable varsity jacket.

Personal Touches & Thoughtful Props

But Loui didn’t stop there – she came prepared with the most fun and personal props: a book, her varsity jacket, her viola (she’s an accomplished violist and plays with the Tanglewood Youth Symphony Orchestra!), and yes, even a rubber duck. These kinds of thoughtful touches are what make a senior session feel uniquely you.

A Supportive Hype Team

Throughout the session, Loui’s mom was right by her side, cheering her on, holding outfit changes, and just being the best hype woman ever. It was such a joy to witness their bond and to capture this exciting season of life for their family.
