A Family Affair

Gabby arrived on the scene with her dynamic duo: her lovely mom, Suzanne, and her older sister Lily, who, by the way, had her own stunning senior pictures taken three years ago! It was such a joy to see this beautiful trio together again. Gabby started her session off right by rocking wide-leg cream-colored pants paired with a stylish beige crochet knit top. With ocean blue eyes, a smile like the sun, and long flowing chocolate locks, Gabby was an absolute joy to photograph. We captured her against a picturesque backdrop of golden-seagrassed dunes and leafy trees—a picture of perfection!

To the Shoreline!

As we moved through Gabby’s wardrobe, she slipped into a short white sundress, and we made our way to the shoreline. Let me tell you, the ocean was practically begging for Gabby to pose by it! We ended up with a plethora of stunning shots of her by the water, each more radiant than the last. Between the waves and her captivating smile, it was hard to pick favorites! A great problem to have as a Marshfield MA senior photographer!

Senior Pictures with Lacrosse Sticks

Now let’s talk about one of the highlights of our session—Gabby’s lacrosse sticks! Lacrosse is more than just a sport for Gabby; it’s a big part of who she is. Her mom was keen to include it in her session, and I couldn’t agree more! As an experienced Marshfield MA senior photographer, let me give you some advice. Bringing along props that represent your passions adds a personal touch to senior pictures. So, if you have a favorite sport, instrument, or hobby, consider incorporating it into your shoot—trust me, it makes a difference!

A Magical Mermaid Moment

For Gabby’s grand finale outfit, she changed into a breathtaking periwinkle blue satin floor-length gown that gave off some serious mermaid vibes. We timed it perfectly to catch those last golden hour moments in this stunning dress, and let me tell you, the results were nothing short of show-stopping!

Congratulations, Gabby!

A big shout-out to Gabby as she embarks on her senior year—you’re destined for greatness! Just a friendly tip for all rising seniors: if you need those perfect yearbook pictures, plan to get them taken during the summer before your senior year or in the fall of your actual senior year. I recommend booking your session at least four months in advance; ideally, you’ll want it on the calendar by April or May of your junior year. Some of my clients even book a year in advance to secure that prime spot!

The Best Time of Year to Schedule A Marshfield MA Senior Photographer

Now, to answer the burning question: what’s the best time for senior pictures? My senior ladies tend to favor late July, August, or early September. Personally, I lean toward late September or October—less humidity, fewer bugs, and those beautiful golden sunsets make for a perfect backdrop! If you find yourself in a pinch and can’t book your desired date, there are always sunrise and mid-day options available!
