On a sunny August morning in Massachusetts, I had the pleasure of snapping some gorgeous family photos featuring the delightful Jorgensen crew. Mike, Katie, and their adorable two-year-old daughter, Claire, made the beach backdrop come alive with their laughter and playful spirit. I just adore these casual Massachusetts beach family photos. From the moment we started, it was clear this session was going to be more about fun than formality!

Casual and Laid Back… but Make it Fashionable

When it comes to casual Massachusetts beach family photos, this crew’s outfits couldn’t have been more perfect. Katie wowed us all in her stylish white jeans paired with a charming taupe lace t-shirt—perfect for a casual family photo session at the beach! Mike complemented her look in tan shorts and a crisp navy blue short-sleeve button-down. And then there was Claire, who, in her black and white striped romper layered with an oh-so-cute white knit sweater, stole the show, only to show off her independent streak by making a swift escape from her cozy cover-up right into the ocean vibes!

Now, let’s talk about Claire! This little bundle of energy had her heart set on one thing: running straight to the ocean. Our entire session turned into a hilarious game of hide-and-seek, minus the hiding. We’d coax her away from the waves just long enough to snap a few photos, only to see her dart back into the surf again. It was a whirlwind of giggles, splashes, and a whole lot of chasing! Who knew family photo sessions could double as a cardio workout?

What I absolutely love about the Jorgensen family photos is the relaxed and casual vibe.
