Bella chose the beach for her senior portraits. I am honored to say that she and her whole family came all the way down from Nashua, NH to have them taken with me!

That crazy New England Weather!

As I said above, Bella and her family were coming all the way from New Hampshire. Therefore, we of course we were hoping for a day with absolutely perfect weather. I didn’t want them driving all that way just to get rained out!! However, we did NOT have absolutely perfect weather! In fact, an hour into their drive, the sky suddenly turned very dark in my yard… I was a tad bit anxious!! In the end, the storm quickly blew over and the weather from there on out was GORGEOUS!! PHEW! As an experienced New England senior photographer, I can tell you that weather in the summer evenings is CONSTANTLY “iffy.” I’d say for about 50% of my sessions my client and I are still questioning whether or not to reschedule only hours before the shoot!

I had so much fun meeting Bella and her family and of course, this session was a breeze because Bella is literally the definition of… BELLA! Beautiful!! Haha! (Although, side note, she had some absolute killer tan lines to edit out on my end 😂).

How to Book a New England Senior Photographer

For your senior pictures, you will need to have them done by October of senior year for most schools. Do keep in mind that you should contact me as SOON as possible to schedule. I recommend booking at least 4 months in advance. In other words, you should ideally have your session scheduled and your invoice paid by May or June of your junior year. However, I VERY often have clients book as early as an entire year in advance! This is because they want to make sure they secure a prime spot. If you’re booking at the last minute and can’t get the date you want, there is a link on my booking form to request a sunrise session. I can often make time for an early morning session while my children are still sleeping :-). Hope to hear from you soon!
