Your Senior Portrait Session

A lot of my clients and their parents ask me questions before their session, and I have rounded up a few of the most common ones here to answer for you!

When Should I Book My Senior Pictures with a Scituate Senior Portrait Photographer?

This is usually the first question I get! I personally am honored to be in quite high demand for senior portraits, so if you are going to book with me I would recommend booking at least four months in advance. Some of my clients even book my senior portrait services up to a year in advance!! Find out more and book now if you are thinking of booking for this summer or fall!! If you are reading this blog post IN summer or fall and have waited until the last minute and I have no dates left, don’t let that stop you from joining my waitlist! I once in a great while have a last minute cancellation, or I see a spurt of beautiful weather coming and decide to open up a few extra dates! You can join my waitlist by filling out my booking form, selecting the month you would like for your pictures, and checking off “add me to the waitlist.”

Where Should I Take My Senior Pictures?

As you can see, most of my pictures are taken either at a beach or in a field setting. Some of my clients opt for a flower garden or an urban setting. All are amazing options for your senior pictures, and as an experienced Scituate senior portrait photographer I have tons of local spots I love to go. I love working with my clients to choose their location based on their personality and preferences!

When is the Best Time of Year for Senior Pictures in Scituate?

In my opinion, June, July, August, September, and October are the best times of year for senior pictures. The absolute MOST popular months for senior pictures are August and September. In fact, as I sit here writing this post in April, I only have one session spot remaining in August and September is almost full as well!

What Should I Wear for My Senior Portraits?

This is a big one! I send out a style and session guide to all of my senior clients. My style guide gives you my best and top secret tips for how to nail your style at your session. Can I Bring a Friend or Family Member Along With Me to My Session?

Many of my senior clients love bringing a friend or their mom to their senior pictures, and sometimes they show up with a whole posse!! I love it!! I highly encourage you to bring along anyone you’d like who will make you feel more comfortable! And if you bring along no one, that’s fine too, we’ll still have fun 🙂

Packages and Pricing for Christina Runnals Photography

All of my updated pricing and package information can be found right on my website! I like to keep things simple! At the time that I am writing this post, I have four senior packages.

The Sea Glass Package

My Sea Glass package is an hour long session. For this type of session, we will take your photos in one single location. You may wear two different outfits in your pictures. However, you are welcome to BRING as many outfits as you’d like! We can look at them together when we arrive if you are feeling unsure. After your session, I will edit a few of my favorites and post a sneak peek on Instagram. Then, I will send you about 80 of the very best pictures from your session, all watermarked. You may choose 20 of those images to be edited in my signature style and sent to you in a new, final gallery. From that gallery, you may download your images in high resolution, or order professional prints and products straight from the gallery!

The Sand Dollar Package with Christina Runnals

The Sand Dollar Package includes all the perks of the Sea Glass package, but with a few extras. Your session is 1.5-2 hours long, and you can wear unlimited outfits! You will get to choose 35 images to be edited in my signature style.

The Lighthouse Package

The Lighthouse Package includes all the perks of the former packages, but with even more extras! Your session is 2-2.5 hours long, and you’ll get to wear unlimited outfits! You will get to choose 35 images to be edited in my signature style. You will also get a credit to be used in your gallery. The most exciting part about this package- you get a complimentary mini session in the fall, winter, or spring!

The “For the Guys” Package

This package is for guys only! It’s a 45 minute-1 hour senior portrait session that takes place in one single location. You may wear two outfits if you’d like, and you will get to choose 20 images to be edited in my signature style.
